This page explains how a KisaanShakti user can request deletion of account information and associated data.
1. What You Can Request
A user may request deletion of:
- Account profile data
- Field-related records associated with the account, subject to operational or legal retention needs
- Usage-related personal information where deletion is applicable
2. How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion by contacting us through the official support email with your registered account details. If an in-app deletion feature is available, you may also use that option.
3. Verification
For security purposes, we may verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.
4. Processing Timeline
Valid deletion requests are processed within a reasonable operational period, unless retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or technical backup cycles.
5. Retained Information
Certain records may be retained where required by law, compliance obligations, security investigations, financial reconciliation, or other legitimate operational reasons.
