KisaanShakti provides data-driven monitoring, vegetation index analysis, zone-based observations, and related digital tools. These outputs are intended to assist users in decision-making and should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction, warranty, or substitute for on-ground agronomic inspection. Final decisions regarding farming, irrigation, spray, input usage, or crop actions remain the user’s responsibility.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features may be available only under paid plans or subscriptions
• Fees, billing periods, plan limits, and renewal rules may be described separately on the pricing page
• Failure to pay applicable charges may result in restricted access, suspension, or plan downgrade

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, branding, content structure, software, design components, and related materials of KisaanShakti are owned by or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform beyond permitted usage.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if:

• You misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized activity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KisaanShakti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses, including crop loss, operational delays, lost revenue, lost data, or reliance on generated insights. The platform is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

Use of the platform must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful conduct requirements.

11. Changes to Terms
