1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription according to the plan settings or by contacting support, subject to the billing model in effect.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods unless otherwise stated.
However, refund review may be considered in cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or verified technical billing error.
3. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once or experienced a failed payment with incorrect deduction, please contact us with payment details so the transaction can be reviewed.
4. Request Timeline
Any payment-related complaint or refund request should ideally be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
